Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Condition Check
Ensure the product is unused, in its original luxury packaging, and includes all seals and tags to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
